Participants invited to attend the 2008 Annual NPS Recruitment Event 2008 must register in order to confirm their attendance at the event.
There is no registration fee for the event. Travel arrangements for student, DRC and guest organization participants, to the Event will be facilitated by Palo Verde College, the DRC Financial Partner, unless notified otherwise. This includes round-trip transportation to the event, lodging and meals. Please remember to save your receipts for your reimbursement of incidental travel related fees (e.g., shuttle to your local airport) and meals during transit. All claims for cost reimbursement should be filed no later than July 24, 2008.
RFIT participants should secure an RFIT Tracking Number from Marie Eilander [303.969.2733 or email Marie_Eilander@nps.gov] in advance of making their hotel and flight reservations. Hotel arrangements should be made no later than July 3, 2008. Government purchase charges are to be used to secure flight, meals etc. in accordance with federal regulations. Government vouchers for travel to the NPS Recruitment Event should include the RFIT Tracking number and reflect purchases are being charged to the RFIT account number.
NPS employees from the local area who wish to attend a Recruitment Event session(s), should use this site to notify RFIT of your interest in taking part in these events. Any travel costs associated with your participation will be the responsibility of the benefiting unit unless notified otherwise.
When registering for the meeting, you will be asked to provide us with any recent changes in your contact information, last minute changes required in transportation dates, etc.
